Agnieszka Matczak

My name is Agnieszka Matczak. I’m the beloved God’s daughter and also a widow and mother of my 15 years-old daughter Martyna.

I finished postgraduate studies in Christian Spirituality at the Pontifical Faculty of Theology in Warsaw and in Coaching at the Academy of Therapeutic Psychology in Łódź.
I have recently begun studies in addiction therapy.

I work as a coach, an addiction therapist and fitness trainer.

My work is my response to God’s invitation.

My look

Very important to me is every day prayer, Ignatian retreats, regular spiritual direction and confession.

I lead on Ignatian meditation group in the parish. I also lead women’s development meetups.

My life is sometimes uphill and sometimes downhill,. but mostly I walk through the valley, because we are at the top only sometimes – as, said my lecturer.
I like reading, skiing, climbing mountains and I love silence.
